Belasica got the 3 points from the 2nd League derby match this round by beating promotion favorites Miravci 2:0 away. In the other matches, Teteks lost to relegation struggling Karaorman, while Metalurg and Sloga Jugomagnat shared the points in a goalless draw.

After 10 years, Pelsiter managed to win over Vardar in the most famous Macedonia derby on the stadium under Tumbe Kafe and took over the 3rd position in the Macedonian First League after 21 played rounds.
