Australian born Pece Cvetanovski moves to German Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach, with a great wish to affirm himself in Europe and play for Macedonia one day.
Peter Cvetanovski is born on 23/07/1989 in Canberra, Australia. At age of 18 he already played for the U20 national team of Australia. Cvetanovski was a member of the Australian Institute of Sports and had a brief spell with Newcastle Jets last season. The fullback is now close to fulfill his dreams because has agreed a two-year deal with German side Borussia Mönchengladbach and by that he will be closer to Macedonia and can easily prove himself in front of the Macedonian coaches. His parents are already in Skopje and completing his documents, so Pece Cvetanovski can soon be called up for the Macedonian youth national teams.
Australian football workers said for him: "Peter is a very strong and versitile player that can be easily slotted into any position. A very quick player of the mark with a strong work ethic and can play on both the right or left side of the field without any problems. Extremely good technique with both feet and has been compared to Real Madrid's Roberto Carlos. A very promising young talent with a big future ahead of him."
