Rabotnicki introduced Gjore Jovanovski

Rabotnicki introduced manager Gjore Jovanovski who made his first comments since taking charge of the club from the departing Goran Petreski.

Jovanovski returns to Rabotnicki after leading the club from 2003 to 2007 where Rabotnicki achieved good successes under his watch.  At today’s press conference, Jovanovski said, “I’m coming to familiar surroundings where I know how things are done and the ambitions are always to play in European competitions and become a title contender.  We will work step by step as nothing can be achieved overnight.  The first thing is to return the winning atmosphere and win a place in a European competition either through the domestic cup or championship.  With this roster, which features many current and former internationals, we can’t allow for Rabotnicki to finish this low on the table.”

The assistant coaches under Jovanovski will be Borce Micevski, Pavel Nedelkovski, and Zoran Micevski.  His first game in charge will be on 16 November when Rabotnicki travels to Kicevo to take on Napredok in the return leg of the Macedonian Cup.  Rabotnicki will be defending a 4:1 lead in the game as the club is currently in 8th place on the table of the Macedonian top division.
