Several more leagues around Europe resumed play this weekend.  Here is a recap of the Macedonian internationals performances:

Left-back Yani Urdinov will continue his career in Poland after he reached an agreement with Widzew Łódź on Saturday.

Stefan Ashkovski is the latest player to be featured in our getting to know series on the website.  Ashkovski addressed several topics, including his early beginnings in football, his preferred position and whether the U21 team has enough talent to contribute to the senior national team in the future.

Midfielder Predrag Rangjelovikj arrived in Belarus on Friday where he will be looking to secure a contract with FC Minsk.

Recently, Romanian newspapers reported that Hapoel Tel Aviv had made an offer of €500.000 for Mirko Ivanovski.  However, another Israeli club is closer in its desire to sign the Macedonian striker.

The next player to feature in our interview series is midfielder Darko Tasevski.  All of our questions centered around the national team of Macedonia.

Australian website “Newcastle Herald” reported today that Ben Kantarovski has been approached by manager Boshko Gjurovski about playing for the Macedonian national team.

Norwegian side Brann has informed Daniel Mojsov that he can seek a new club during the winter transfer window.

Macedonia begins the new year at number 84, or one place lower then last month, as the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Rankings were released today.

Nikola Jakimovski, currently under contract with Nagoya and a former member of the Macedonian U21 national team, is the latest player to feature in our interview series on the site.
