Potential internationals performances

Alec Urosevski (R); photo: Cameron Spencer/Getty Images AsiaPac Many potential internationals were active this past weekend and two of them, Benjamin Sulimani and Haris Hajradinovic, scored one goal apiece. Also worth mentioning are Alec Urosevski’s first start in the A-League and Naser Aliji’s debut in Switzerland’s first league.

Australia, A-League, Sydney – Brisbane 1:1
Ivan Necevski was the second goalkeeper for Sydney behind Vedran Janjatovic, whereas Christopher Naumoff also began on the bench and eventually replaced Richard García in the 81st minute. Meanwhile, Alec Urosevski made his first start in the A-League and played the whole game on the left wing. Their teammate Daniel Petkovski was not included in the matchday squad.

Austria, Bundesliga, Admira – Wiener Neustadt 3:0
Benjamin Sulimani scored in the fourth consecutive game for Admira, this time netting his team’s first goal in the 10th minute with a left-footed shot. He was on the field for 65 minutes when Issiaka Ouédraogo took his place.

Austria, Erste Liga, First Vienna – Liefering 1:1
Offensive allrounder Vasil Kuleski played the second half for First Vienna after he replaced Andreas Strapajevic directly after the half-time break.

Croatia, 1.HNL, Dinamo Zagreb – Istra 6:0

Cyprus, Division A, Enosis – Kouklia 2:1
Robert Stambolziev made the start for Kouklia and played until the 67th minute when Hugo Moutinho took his place.

Denmark, Superligaen, Odense – Viborg 1:1
Bashkim Kadrii made his first appearance for Odense after a seven month absence due to a cruciate ligament injury. Kadrii came on for the last ten minutes when he substituted Rasmus Falk Jensen in the draw against Viborg.

Denmark, Superligaen, Esbjerg – Bröndby 0:0
Left back Riza Durmisi played the entire game for the visitors and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet.

Germany, Bundesliga, Braunschweig – Wolfsburg 1:1
Centre forward Orhan Ademi made a late substitute appearance for Braunschweig as he replaced Domi Kumbela in the 90th minute.

Italy, Serie A, Atalanta – Sampdoria 3:0
Shkodran Mustafi played the entirety of the match for Sampdoria.

Italy, Prima Divisione A, Carrarese – Aurora 1:0
Fatih Ademi played the last ten minutes for Carrarese in the slim win against Aurora.

Portugal, Segunda Liga, Porto B – Académico Viseu 3:2
Midfielder Marko Pavlovski was an unused substitute for Porto B.

Serbia, Prva liga, Teleoptik – Jedinstvo Putevi Uzeci 2:0
Nikola Donevski was an unused substitute for the away team.

Slovakia, Corgon liga, Trencin – Dukla Banska Bystrica 3:1
Haris Hajradinovic began on Trencin’s bench before coming on in the 65th minute to replace Brazilian international Jairo. This was enough time for Hajradinovic to score Trencin’s last goal of the game in the 90th minute.

Slovenia, Prva Liga, Olimpija – Maribor 2:0
Dejan Trajkovski played all minutes for Maribor as a left back in this surprising loss against Olimpija.

Slovenia, Prva Liga, Koper – Celje 2:1
Centre back Amir Bilali played the entire game for Celje.

Switzerland, Super League, Basel – Aarau 5:0
20-year-old Naser Aliji made his first appearance in the Super League as he played the whole game for Basel at left back. He had a successful debut as he was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in this impressive win at home.

Turkey, 1.Lig, Tavsanli Linyitspor – Kahramanmarasspor 1:1
Melih Kartal was an unused substitute for Kahramanmarasspor.

USA, MLS, Portland Timbers – Chicago Fire 1:1
Michael Nanchoff spent the entire game on Portland’s bench.
