Defensive midfielder Zeni Husmani has officially inked a 3 year deal with Slovenian top division side Domžale.
Zeni Husmani first started training with Domžale several weeks ago when he joined the club on trial. He played in several friendlies and showed enough to be offered a contract. The Domžale sporting director mentioned that the deal with Husmani was already agreed days ago, but the transfer only became official today once the player was able to secure a work permit.
Speaking about the transfer, the Domžale representative said, “Husmani already has a wealth of experience despite his young age with over 75 appearances in the Croatian top division, and is also a member of the Macedonian U21 national team. He possesses the characteristics that are consistent with our style of play, those being fighting spirit, endurance and speed. He comes as a free agent.”
Husmani will wear #90 at Domžale and will be available to play for the club beginning in this Sunday’s game against Celje in the second round of the Slovenian season.
