Dacia, the team of Goran Dimovski and Kemal Alomerović, suffered a surprising home loss today to end their eight game winning streak in league play.

Dacia only suffered their second loss of the season during today’s home game against Iskra-Stal.  Dacia lost 2:1 with Goran Dimovski playing the entire game while his teammate Kemal Alomerović began the game on the bench before he came on in the 60th minute replacing Dumitru Popovici.

This was only Dacia’s second loss in league play after 17 rounds a the club has compiled 13 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses.  Dacia had won eight consecutive league games prior to today’s 2:1 loss.  This was the final game before the long winter break gets underway in Moldova as Dacia remained in second place behind Sheriff.  Dacia has 41 points while Sheriff tops the table with 43 points.
