The Macedonian U19 and U17 youth national teams discovered their opponents for the 2013 UEFA U19 and U17 championships.

Macedonia U19 was drawn in Group 5 which will also feature Germany, Ireland, and Luxembourg.  The last country on the list, Luxembourg, will be the host of the group as the matches will be played next year from 11 to 16 October.  The top two teams in the group will advance to the elite round.

As for the Macedonian U17 national team, they were drawn in Group 10 alongside Ireland, Romania, and Sweden.  Macedonia will be the host of the group as the matches will be played in the period between 29 September to 4 November in 2012.  Just like the U19 format, the top two teams in the group will advance to the elite round.
