The U19 national team coach Alekso Mackov has called up 17 players for the XVII Mediterranean Games that will begin next week in Turkey.
Most of the players are from the domestic leagues with 5 of the from Rabotnichki. Macedonia is in the Group B together with Italy, Libya and Tunisia. It will be a debut for Macedonia in any sport at the 12th edition of the Mediterranean Games.

Macedonia will play its first game on the 19th against Libya. The best two teams of each group will advance to the semi-finals.
