Renova will be the first team to open the new football season. They will visit Dinamo Minsk in the first round of UEFA Europa League.
Macedonian clubs in Europe 2009/10
Makedonija in the CL, Rabotnicki, Renova and Milano in UEFA Europa League have got their opponents for the European matches for this season. We will see two duels between Macedonia and Belarus, Rabotnicki got Crusaders from Northern Ireland, while Milano will wait for an opponent.
Renova eliminated from the Intertoto Cup
After the 1:2 defeat in Skopje, Renova failed again to convert the possession and pressure on the opponents goal and ended the Euro journey with another defeat. Israeli club Bnei Sakhnin won with 1:0.

FK Renova from Dzepciste, the Macedonian representative in the UEFA Intertoto Cup, have been defeated with 1:2 by the Israeli side Bnei Sakhnin in the first leg of the second round.
Renova reinforces for the Intertoto Cup
Only few days after coach Bilbil Sokoli left the club, FK Renova from Dzepciste appointed new coach and bought Besart Ibraimi as beginning of the preparations before the start of the Intertoto Cup.
No Intertoto Cup for FK Vardar
FK Renova from Dzepciste will be the Macedonian representative in the UEFA Intertoto Cup, as the Macedonian football federation didn't give license to FK Vardar from Skopje.

FK Vardar, the all-time best Macedonian football club has fallen in deep crisis. FK Pobeda, current champions and a team with long tradition has also fallen in deep crisis. On the other side, a total anonymous in the Macedonian football history – FK Milano are showing how football should be played.
UEFA Intertoto Cup draw
Today, UEFA made the preliminary draw for the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2008/2009. The only Macedonian participant got it's opponents.
