South stand to be available, tickets from Monday

The work on South standRabotnicki – Liverpool is going to be played in front of 20.000 spectators as the South stand of the Philip II stadium will be definitely finished for the game, while the tickets will be put on sale from Monday with a prize of 300 Denars.

The Goverment of Macedonia confirmed that the South stand of the National Arena Philip II of Macedon in Skopje will be available for use for the UEFA Europa League 3rd qualification round game between Rabotnicki and Premier League giant Liverpool. The South stand was planned to be finnished on 2nd of Aufust, but the coming of Liverpool changed the circumstances and now the stand is under fast work. The chairs putting has come nearly to the second half of the stand and it will be surely finished before Thursday when the match will be played.

The tickets will be put on sale starting from Monday (26th July) with a prize of 300 Denars. 8.500 tickets for the North stand will be available to the Macedonian football fans, 1.100 will be reserved for the Liverpool fans, while 500 seats will stay empty due to the UEFA’s request for  a tampon-zone between the away and the home fans when they are put on a same stand. All the tickets for the South stand will be available for the home fans. Therefore, attendance of around 20.000 is expected for the game. Fans in Macedonia can buy the tickets at the stadium or at the square Macedonia in Skopje.

The match is going to be played this Thursday with a kick-off at 20.45 CET.
