Shkendija could only muster a home draw versus Metalurg, Vardar moved four points clear of Rabotnichki after today’s results, Bregalnica piled more misery on Pelister, while Turnovo cruised to a win over Teteks.
For the second time in just over a month, Vardar came away victorious from their trip to Kratovo. Striker Filip Ivanovski opened the scoring with a close range header in the 3rd minute. Sileks’ hopes of a comeback were made virtually impossible after keeper Goran Simov was shown a direct red card in the 55th minute, also leading to a penalty for Vardar. Dejan Blazhevski converted that spot kick to put the game away.

Sileks: Simov (56′ Nikov), Timovski, Mickov, Bagashovski (35′ Jakov), Janev, Ristevski, Marić, Acevski, Duranski (80′ Glavevski), Velinov, Nedeljković.
Vardar: Pachovski, Hambardzumyan, Grncharov, Bojović, Grozdanoski, Gligorov, Despotovski, Blazhevski, Ibričić (75′ Ljamchevski), P. Petkovski (84′ Asani), Ivanovski (81′ F. Petkovski).
In Shtip, Bregalnica had a diffucult time breaking down Pelister’s defense, but substitute Lazar Iliev eventually got the breakthrough goal just minutes after entering the game. Iliev received a good pass and fired a shot from inside the area past the Pelister keeper. Bregalnica (8th place) put some distance ahead of Pelister (9th place) as they now lead them by six points. The loss piled more misery for Pelister, a team with great supporters who is going through a very difficult time right now. The problem for Pelister is pretty much their whole team, especially the attack. They lack quality and seem destined for the second division.
Some highlights from the game:
Bregalnica: Gachevski, Stojanov, Mitrev, Gjoreski, Ristovski (52′ Andonov), Mishev (52′ Iliev), Hristov, Zdravkov, Blazheski, Nacev (76′ Nikovski), Stupić.

Renova continued its good run of form by beating Rabotnichki, handing the Skopje based team its first loss in league play since September of 2014. Renova struck by scoring one quick goal courtesy of Emran Ramadani and then extending its lead just before halftime through Izair Emini. Rabotnichki’s defense looked suspect with the absence of center-back Darko Velkovski.
Renova: Mustafi, Neziri (77′ Sadiki), Mishkovski, Mecinovikj, Musliu, Memedi, Mojsov (86′ Jusufi), Gafuri, Emini, Ramadani (71′ Fetai), Nahiu.

Turnovo edged closer to sixth ranked (last spot that avoids the relegation play-off) Metalurg by easily dispatching last placed Teteks. Sashko Pandev, returning from a red card suspension, scored a brace to lead the way for the visitors.
Teteks: Manchevski, Stojchevski, Mishovski, Najdovski (57′ Jovanoski), Atanaskoski, Adem, Filipovski, Cvetanoski, Pavlov, Bozhinovski (62′ Kostadinov), Hristov (46′ Popzlatanov).
Turnovo: Zahov, Iliev, Mavrov, Mutafchiyski, Tanushev, Milushev, Ivanov (51′ Tashev), Kochoski (69′ Doriev), Stoilov (46′ Gjorgiev), Najdenov, Pandev.
In the last game of the round, Shkendija hosted Metalurg in Tetovo. This match was played without Shkendija’s fan group since they were boycotting. They decided to show their displeasure for the lack of effort that led to losses versus both Teteks and Renova by not showing up. Thus, the stands behind each goal were empty. Only fans from the general public were present. Metalurg scored an early goal in the 5th minute after some terrible defensive positioning by members of the Shkendija defense. It was a miserable 1st half that culminated in boos as the team went into the halftime break. Shkendija responded with two relatively quick goals in the 2nd half through Victor Juffo and Hristijan Kirovski to take the 2:1 lead, but Metalurg captain Marjan Radeski would equalize in the 70th minute.
Shkendija: Jovanovski, Todorovski, Vukčević, Miliev, Ashkovski, Useini (74′ Selmani), Bojku (46′ Vručina), Alimi, Juffo, Stênio Júnior (79′ Imeri), Kirovski.
Metalurg: Taleski, Ristovski (73′ Mitrov), Petrov, Ilieski, Gjorgievski, Tanturovski (65′ Bujchevski), Jevtoski (55′ Bakracheski), Stojanovski, Radeski, Angelov, Naumoski.
