Striker Goran Maznov, for the second consecutive game, was not included in the squad for Kerkyra.

Kerkyra recently signed attacker Juan Eduardo Martin and that has negatively affected Maznov’s status on the team.  Goran has not been called up by Kerkyra for the past two matches despite no indication that he is nursing an injury.  The 30-year-old Maznov has not scored a goal in ten league appearances for Kerkyra this season so the manager appears to be focusing on other options in attack.

Kerkyra lost today’s game 1:0 against Panathinaikos to remain in 14th place on the table.  Maznov joined the Greek club in January of 2011 but could be nearing an exit due to a lack of goals from the striker position.  To date, Goran has only scored two goals in 19 appearances for Kerkyra.
