Defender Jasmin Mecinovikj scored a goal for the second team of Sogndal in a match yesterday.

Jasmin Mecinovikj, the central defender, was out of action with an injury and he is now slowly making a full recovery.  Before he returns to the first team of Sogndal, he featured in a game for Sogndal 2 and managed to score one goal.  Sogndal 2 hosted Jølster and won 4:2 with Jasmin scoring Sogndal’s third goal in the 44th minute.

Mecinovikj transferred to Norway and played in two league games for Sogndal, but then suffered an injury.  He is now slowly returning to form as his club has decided to bring him along slowly by featuring for the second team before he is thrust into action for the first team of Sogndal.
