Gesoski training with First Vienna

Striker Blagoja Gesoski, who spent the first half of the season with 11 Oktomvri, has arrived in Austria where he is training with First Vienna.

Gesoski was one of 19 players present for the start of preparations by Austrian second division side First Vienna FC.  Blagoja was one of five new faces on the team, reports the club’s official website.  He will look to impress in training over the next couple of days and then undergo a physical.

The 30-year-old Gesoski spent the first half of the season with 11 Oktomvri.  He scored ten goals in 17 league appearances for the struggling Prilep based club.  His ten goals were tied for second place with Baze Ilijoski as those two players only trailed Filip Ivanovski who scored 14 goals in the Macedonian top league.  First Vienna is looking to strengthen the club for the second half of the season as they are currently second from bottom on the table with 19 points after 21 rounds.
