The Macedonian U17 national team played two friendly matches against Belarus U17, resulting in a loss and draw.

The U17 national teams of Macedonia and Belarus played two friendly matches over the past couple of days.  The first match on 1 August ended 0:0, while two days later Belarus U17 celebrated a 2:1 win.

In yesterday’s match that took place in Struga, Belarus U17 opened the scoreline first when Valinets scored in the 15th minute.  Teodor Fidanovski equalized in the 46th minute, but just a minute later Tarakanov set the final score of 1:2.  This match was attended by new FFM president Ilcho Gjorgjioski who wanted to get a better feel for the coaching staff and players.

Macedonia started the match with the following line-up: Redjepi, Zajkov, Krivanjeva, Pajaziti, Ilievski, Stojkovski, Georgiev, Shakjiri, Hristov, Kostadinovski, Teo. Fidanovski.

Macedonia U17 will now play a friendly match against Macedonia U15.  The match will be played on Sunday in Skopje.
