After a period of turbulence in Shkendija, things seem to be stabilizing.  They have managed to sign veteran Artim  Polozhani who should be one of the best players for the club in the upcoming season.

Polozhani is a former national team player who has won 12 caps for Macedonia.  He has played for numerous clubs throughout his career, including several abroad stops.  Click here to see his full profile.

Thus far, Shkendija has lost Marko Jovanovski (Ethnikos Achnas, Cyprus), Oliver Peev, Kemal Alomerovikj, Vladimir Nikitović (all Metalurg), Miroslav Jovanoski (Teteks), Ilir Elmazovski (Pelister) and former captain Nebi Mustafi who refuses to train with the club after a series of disputes.  Manager Kjatip Osmani was also let go by the club with Shkendija now led by interim coach Ibrahim Luma.

However, with Polozhani’s signing and the announcement of Bilbil Sokoli as a potential replacement for Osmani, things seem to be better at the club.  Some of the other Shkendija signings this summer include the likes of Ertan Hasan, Muzafer Ejupi, Burhan Aliji, Vebi Alievski and Trajche Nikov, adequate replacements for the departing players.
