The national team manager of Luxembourg, Luc Holtz, has summoned 20 players for the friendly against Macedonia today.

Some of the players who originate from Macedonia were active this past weekend.  Here is a recap of their performances:

Attacker Dusan Savić was introduced as one of seven new players by Ukrainian top division side Volyn from the city of Lutsk.

Cedomir Janevski is no longer the manager of Ethnikos Achnas after the management of the club decided to make a change.

Despite being forced to make an early exit in yesterday’s game due to a leg injury, Ivan Trickovski said he feels much better today and expects to play in Wednesday’s friendly against Luxembourg.

In his first friendly while on trial at Dinamo Minsk, Mirko Ivanovski scored the lone goal for his team in today’s 1:1 draw against Ukrainian side Metalurh Zaporizhya.

More potential problems for Macedonian manager John Toshack after Ivan Trickovski had to be substituted in the 60th minute of today’s game for APOEL because of an injury.

Striker Adis Jahović scored three goals to lead Wil to a 4:1 win over Kriens and Robert Popov.

Macedonian referees, led by Aleksandar Stavrev, will be in charge of the friendly between Slovenia and Scotland on Wednesday.  Meanwhile, Boban Babunski will be at the game scouting Scotland.

Due to an injury, Nikolce Noveski won’t play in the friendly against Luxembourg but will still travel there to watch the match.
