Macedonian First League – Round 20

Besides all the problems and crisis in FK Vardar, the most famous Macedonian club proved it's indestructibility with the surprising win over local rivals Rabotnicki. On the other matches, Milano made the season very interesting with the win over leaders Makedonija, Pelister and Renova won as expected, while Sileks surprised Pobeda.

The season for Vasoski is over

Unlucky Aleksandar Vasoski will finish this season with only 31 played minutes. After the previous injuries and illness, the doctor of the German national team discovered torn cartilage. After the knee surgery, the season for Vasoski has ended.

Michel Platini visits Macedonia

UEFA president Michel Platini visited Macedonia today. On invitation by the Football Federation of Macedonia, Platini visited Macedonia for the third time and will meet the president of FFM Haralampie Hadzi-Risteski and prime minister Nikola Gruevski. Macedonian football fans didn't miss this chance for protest against FFM's board.

After the big break of three months without the Macedonian domestic football, the Macedonian first league started again this week. There few surprises in the results, but not so unexpected after the many changes in the squads, strikes and financial and administrative problems in the clubs.

Ben Kantarovski called up by Australia

Only a month ago, Ben Kantarovski in an interview for MacedonianFootball.com claimed that he is proud of the Macedonian heritage, but our Football federation took no action and Macedonia is about to lose another big talent as Kantarovski has been called by the Australian national team at age of 17.

Not even two weeks passed as we announced the new board of the most famous Macedonian football club, but the circus continues with another episode from FK Vardar as the former president Trifun Kostovski today announced his come back in the club.
