Adelaide's defender, 29-years-old Sasa Ognenovski is set to move to South Korea. Two clubs are battling for his signature, Australian FoxSports reports. Sasa is born in Melbourne but is of Macedonian origin.
Squad changes in Makedonija Gjorce Petrov
Washington da Silva, one of Makedonija's top players in this part of the season, will most probably sign for Partizan from Belgrade, while two new players from Gabon might join the club.
Macedonian Cup semi-final draw
The draw for the cup semi-final matches took place today. Champions Rabotnicki got second-league side Shkendija, while winter champions Makedonija Gjorce Petrov will face Milano.
Best of 2008 by FFM
The football federation of Macedonia has announced the nominees for the 2008 awards. Pacovski Tome is the best footballer, Rabotnicki is the best club, while Dragoljub Bekvalac the best coach.
Half-season completed
We are done with the autumn part with the 17th football championship, league one. What seemed to be rather uninteresting competition at the beginning, turned out to be one of the better championships in recent history. Any team can beat any other team!
Macedonians in UEFA Cup
Zlatko Tanevski with Lech Poznan will be the only Macedonian that will continue with UEFA cup matches after the group stage. Cadikovski's, Popov's and Toleski's teams are eliminated.
Macedonia might meet Extremadura
Spanish media reports there's possibility the Macedonian national team will play a friendly match on 27th of December against Extremadura, a Spanish autonomous community.
Macedonians in UEFA cup
Dragan Cadikovski did not played for Partizan in their 3-0 defeat to Sevilla. Goran Popov played 90 minutes for Heerenveen and Zlatko Tanevski played 90 minutes for Lech Poznan. Goce Toleski played the last 20 minutes for Slavia Praha.
