Turkish coach Ali Güneş has been named the new manager of Bregalnica following the dismissal of Dobrinko Ilievski.

Ali Güneş, who briefly managed Horizont Turnovo at the start of the current season, will take over as the new manager of Bregalnica.  Güneş only lasted a couple of months at Turnovo before both sides agreed to go their separate ways.  Now, he has agreed to take charge of another Macedonian club in Bregalnica.

The Shtip based club is turning to Güneş for a spark to turn around its fortunes when it comes to the league season.  Bregalnica will be in a relegation fight after closing the 1st half of the season by going winless in its least 7 league games (4 losses and 3 draws).

Güneş should have a better understanding of Macedonian football after his stint at Turnovo, and he will be tasked with strengthening Bregalnica’s roster during the winter transfer window in anticipation of a much improved 2nd half of the season.
