With the last round played on Sunday ended the 2022/23 season in the fourth divisional group of Kisela Voda where Kul are first time champions.

Even before this last round is was already clear that Kul are the champions. in the last round they played a road derby against runners-up and next season favorites Studenichan and suffered their first defeat this season losing 3:2. Kul missed a chance to end the season on a perfect score as up until this round they had only wins.
Kul will now enter a play-off for filling the 3.MFL North together with the winners of other three groups. So far it is known that Pchinja are champions of Kumanovo, Shkendija from Arachinovo won in Gazi Baba (with a perfect score!), while Skopje has three round left with Perpartimi and Butel battling for the top.
Two of the other matches ended on the green table as visiting teams Zelenikovo and Tekstilec forfeited their games against Pobeda and SSK Mladinec.
The most entertaining match took place in the Usje neighborhood where last-placed Vardar 75 hosted season debutantes Sloboden. Interestingly, this match was streamed live on YouTube as Sloboden this season streamed all of its matches. The visitors took a 3:0 lead in the opening half after the home reserve keeper badly intervened on long distance shots (their first choice got injured in the 2nd minute after colliding with an opponent), while the third goal was a true masterpiece. Then the visiting keeper made two mistakes and with an own goal of the visiting captain Vardar 75 managed to equalize on 3:3. In the 73rd minute Sloboden scored a game winning goal.
