Macedonian women national team started the World Cup qualifications with a heavy defeat to Romania.
Macedonian women national team played their first qualifying match for Women’s World Cup against Romania and were heavily defeated. The match was played today in Strumica and the visitors won 1:9. Macedonia’s only goal was scored by Natasha Andonova in 22nd minute from the penalty spot after Salihi was fouled inside the box. The result at the time was 0:4 already.
