Goals galore in Skopje where Rabotnichki beat Turnovo in the opening game of the eight round in the Macedonian First League.
The game was moved from the National Arena Philip II of Macedon to the Gjorche Petrov stadium as the National Arena got closed due to grass renovation.
Manevski opened the scoresheet after twenty minutes, five minutes later Velkoski doubled the lead from the penalty spot. But Turnovo got back in game with the second penalty today, succesfully converted by Blazhevski. The second half was also rich with goals. In just two minute both teams scored a goal, First Petrov scored in his own net after Todorovski’s cross, but the very next minute Ejupi brought Turnovo to a gola negative again. In the 66th minute the visitors were left with 10 players as Marjan Tashev got a direct red card. Still, Turnovo managed to score for 4:3 with Ejupi’s second goal. However the visitors failed to score another goal for a draw as Rabotnichki scored for a final result of 5:3.
For Turnovo this was their second defeat in a row, third this season. In these two games they let in 9 goals. They are without a win for 4 games with the last one being in the derby against Vardar at home.
