Vlatko Grozdanoski suffered a thigh injury in the match against Renova and will be out of action for about a month. The injury was first reported on Vardar’s official website where it was announced that Grozdanoski would miss Vardar’s next match against Ohrid, but Ekipa.mk reported today that Vlatko will be out for at least a month, meaning he will not be available for the remaining three league games during the first half-season before the long winter break.
Vardar is currently in first place on the table with a five point advantage over Metalurg. During the upcoming three league games which Grozdanoski will now miss, Vardar is scheduled to host Ohrid, visit Sileks, and then face Bregalnica before the winter break gets underway.
Vlatko Grozdanoski returned from Iran to Macedonia this season and first joined Rabotnicki before making the move to Vardar. He had to wait two months before he could suit up for Vardar since he changed two clubs in one transfer period. After he became eligible for Vardar, Grozdanoski has started nine games and despite not scoring a goal, Vlatko has provided five assists for the famous Macedonian club who is still undefeated with eleven wins and four draws after 15 rounds.
