Former Macedonian national team player Vlade Lazarevski has agreed to a deal with Zvijezda, Bosnian media reported on Tuesday.
Zvijezda plays in the top division of the Bosnian league, and they concluded the first half of the season in 9th place out of a total of 16 teams. Lazarevski is 30 years old and has been without a club since the summer of 2013. He last played with Flamurtari in Albania. After his departure from Flamurtari, Lazarevski actually sued them to FIFA for failing to pay parts of his agreed upon wages.
Lazarevski is primarily a right-back who won 43 caps for the senior national team of Macedonia, but his last appearance for the squad came all the way back in October of 2011. Vlade has had a broad international career by featuring for a number of clubs throughout his career. Lazarevski has played in leagues across Serbia, Poland, Ukraine, Croatia, Kazakhstan, France, Albania and now Bosnia-Herzegovina.
