U17: Macedonia beaten by Hungary, again

The U17 national team will return from Hungary with two losses in two friendlies. The team failed to find the back of the net as they were outscored 5:0.

The second friendly away to Hungary did not lead to the desired result. Instead, after Tuesday’s 2:0 defeat, Macedonia suffered a more convincing loss on Thursday to the tune of 3:0. In the end, the team was outscored 5:0 in Macedonia’s final two tests before October’s qualifiers against Scotland, Italy and Bulgaria.

We are constantly asked why Jamie Gorgovski (Borussia Dortmund), Darko Churlinov (Magdeburg) and Bane Manevski (Čukarički) aren’t in the squad. The answer is strictly a coach’s decision not to summon them.
