For the second consecutive league game, Mirko Ivanovski scored two goals for Astra, this time leading his team to a 1:3 road victory over Pandurii.  Mirko started as the lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 formation and scored his two goals in the 42nd and 63rd minute.  The first goal came on a simple tap in from a rebound after his teammate Constantin Budescu had a shot well saved by the Pandurii keeper.  Meanwhile, Mirko’s second strike came after Marian Cristescu’s pass put him through on goal, and Ivanovski calmly sent a right footed shot to the back of the net.  Ivanovski played until the 75th minute when he made way for Sadat Bukari.

Additionally, Daniel Georgievski had a good performance in his own right by helping Steaua București easily down CFR Cluj 3:0.  Daniel started in his usual right-back position and played a part in a clean sheet, while also providing the assist on the first goal in the 12th minute when his cross from the right was met by Italian striker Federico Piovaccari who showed good finishing skills to fire a shot past the CFR Cluj keeper.  Georgievski tried to get on the scoresheet as well in the 66th minute, but his spectacular volley attempt was saved by the visiting keeper.
