Teteks’ Kirovski rips off referee Mladenovski’s red card (Video)

A bizarre situation happened this afternoon in Gostivar during the second league Round 23 match between the home team and Teteks.

As soon as the game started, in the 2nd minute the visiting goalkeeper Aleksandar Angjelkovski caught the ball in his hands inches outside the box, after which the main referee Dejan Mladenovski, following the rules, showed him the red card.

Striker Hristijan Kirovski didn’t like that, so he took his red card, tore it into pieces and threw it on the ground.

The referee found himself in a bizarre situation, so he had to run to the fourth official and get a new red card, so that he could exclude the nervous Kirovski. And the fourth official is actually referee’s brother Marjan Mladenovski. Interesting fact is that both of them are former Teteks youth players, and originate from the village of Tearce, nearby Tetovo.
