Vardar lost the top after falling at Besa 1976, Pelister slipped in Vinica, while Karaorman won the Lake Derby against Ohrid.

Despite having an early lead away in Vrapchishte against Besa 1976, Vardar at the end headed home with a come from behind defeat. Since Voska Sport easily outplayed Belasica, their is a change at the table top with the Ohrid based team above all the rest.

Gostivar is still third but now just a point behind Vardar and two behind the new leaders after beating Teteks in a bizarre match. In the 2nd minute visiting keeper made a naive mistake by catching the ball inches outside the box line and got a direct red card. Striker Kirovski did not like that, took the red card from the referee and rip it off. The ref had to go to the fourth official to get a new red card and than to expel Kirovski. Then, despite playing with two players advantages, Gostivar could not score before the break, but in the second half easily took the points.

The great Lake Derby between Karaorman and Ohrid took place in Struga. The hosts took the points thanks to Kjeleshoski.
