Sileks decides to make coaching change

After a season in which they finished in 5th place, Sileks has surprisingly opted to make a coaching change.

Coming into the 2014-15 campaign, Sileks was one of the two newly promoted sides alongside Teteks. Their goal this season seemed to be avoiding relegation, something that they achieved easily by finishing in 5th place, but on Tuesday the club board decided to change coaches.

Zoran Shterjovski was sacked and replaced by Miroslav Jakovljevikj. Shterjovski lasted just one year after being appointed at the start of this recently concluded season. In his closing statement after the news was announced, he took the high road and thanked Sileks ownership for giving him a chance.

Shterjovski, a Bitola native, is already being linked with the vacant managerial position at his hometown club Pelister.
