Defending champions Shkendija defeated Rabotnicki 2:0, thus bringing Gjore Jovanovski his first loss in two games since being named the manager of Rabotnicki.
Shkendija took the early lead in the 16th minute when striker Ersan Sali managed to find the back of the net after some nice passing by the home team. The final score was then set in the 76th minute through Ferhan Hasani who cemented Shkendija’s home win against Rabotnicki with an easy goal from close range following a rebound opportunity.
With the win, Shkendija is now just a point behind second placed Metalurg and eight points behind table leaders Vardar while Rabotnicki dropped to ninth place on the table and has now lost six consecutive league games.
