The Bosnian coach got released from duties today after the board decided that the last two home defeats cannot be forgiven.
Bruno Akrapović’s time as manager of Shkendija is officially over. The rumors that he will be fired due to the last two defeats by vardar and Shkupi in front of their own fans in Tetovo realised.
Until the red&black team decided about his replacement, the team will be lead by assistant coach Jeton Bekjiri who previously once found himself in this position. He will surely lead the team on Sunday’s road game against Shkupi in Skopje.
The Bosnian coach will stay remembered for the great run in the Europa League qualifiers this summer when Shkendija started from the first round and made it to the play-offs making the biggest success in the club’s short European history.
