Both Rabotnicki and Shkendija celebrated wins against Romanian opposition in Antalya, Turkey.
Rabotnicki celebrated a 1:0 win against Romanian second division side Delta Tulcea. The scorer of the only goal was Krste Velkoski who successfully converted a penalty.
Meanwhile, Shkendija noted its first win in Antalya by defeating Romanian top division club Pandurii 3:0. It was 0:0 at half time before Shkendija’s recent signing, Mahambe Tamboura from Mali, scored a brace in the 55th and 60th minute. Miroslav Jovanoski completed the 3:0 scoreline in the 73rd minute.
Shkendija’s next match is against another Romanian team in CFR Cluj which should be played on the 13th of February, while Rabotnicki will play against a team from Belarus the next day. As for the other Macedonian clubs in Antalya, Vardar faces Voinţa Sibiu tomorrow after Slavia Sofia cancelled the scheduled friendly, while Horizont Turnovo will square off against Cherno More from Bulgaria.
