Several Macedonian internationals were involved in Serbian Cup matches today with the clubs of Aleksandar Lazevski, Daniel Mojsov, and Stefan Spirovski advancing to the semi-finals of the competition.
Aleksandar Lazevski was not among the 18 players called up by Partizan who defeated OFK Beograd 2:0 to advance to the semi-finals of the Serbian Cup. Vladimir Volkov started at LB so that resulted in Lazevski not even being on the bench for Partizan.
Daniel Mojsov played all 90 minutes for Vojvodina who recorded a slim 1:0 victory over Javor. For the visiting club, Nikola Jakimovski started on the bench before he entered the game in the 80th minute replacing Eliomar Silva. Jakimovski also received a yellow card in the 85th minute as Vojvodina scored the lone goal of the game in the 87th minute through striker Aboubakar Oumarou.
