Waldemar Fornalik announced a 17-players squad for the friendly against Macedonia, all of them from the domestic league.
The friendly test game between Macedonia and Poland that will take place in Turkey will be a chance for both national team coaches to see the capabilities of the players from the domestic leagues. Unlike Janevski who yesterday called up 21 players of whom 2 internationals, Fornalik called up 17 players, all of them from the popular Ekstraklasa.
Most experienced is the 27-years-old center back Tomasz Jodłowiec who despite playing all of his club football in the Polish league, so far has been capped 25 times in the national team.
