After the disappointing performance in the previous game, Goran Pandev has been relegated to the bench for today’s game against Fiorentina.

The Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri was not happy with the performance of many of his players during the Chievo game this past Wednesday so he has made many changes.  Pandev, as expected, was back on the bench along with the other two strikers who started the Chievo game, Mario Santana and Giuseppe Mascara.  They were replaced by the usual starters Cavani, Hamsik, and Lavezzi.

Napoli plays today against Fiorentina.  The match is already under way and it’s currently 0:0 in the 10th minute.  The game is being played today so Napoli will have enough time to get needed rest for their next game which is the Champions League encounter against Villarreal this upcoming Tuesday.

Napoli’s starting lineup against Fiorentina: De Sanctis, Campagnaro, Cannavaro, Fideleff, Zuniga, Inler, Gargano, Dossena, Hamsik, Lavezzi, Cavani.

Bench: Rosati, Fernandez, Aronica, Santana, Chavez, Mascara, Pandev.
