Igor Mitreski and Slavco Georgievski both played the entire game for Neftçi in today’s 3:2 win over Qarabağ.

This game took place today as a makeup game since the original matchup between these two teams was postponed earlier in the season.  Therefore, the association in Azerbaijan scheduled the derby to be played today.  Both Macedonians on Neftçi, Igor Mitreski and Slavco Georgievski, played all 90 minutes in the come from behind victory.  Neftçi was down 2:0 after 24 minutes but they came back to record a 3:2 victory.  Mitreski also received a yellow card in the 61st minute for Neftçi.

With the win, Neftçi moved to 2nd place in Azerbaijan with 19 points after ten rounds while Qarabağ finds itself in 4th place with 17 points from the same number of games.
