Midweek internationals performances

Bogatinov (L) with the trophy; photo: kerkida.netMartin Bogatinov and Ermis won the Super Cup trophy in Cyprus, Jovan Kostovski added another goal for OH Leuven of the Belgian second division, Mario Gjurovski and Bazhe Ilijoski netted one goal apiece in Thailand, while Zoran Danoski collected an assist in Czech Cup action.

Slovenia, Super Cup, Gorica – Maribor 1:4
Agim Ibraimi was not included in the Maribor squad as he was nursing an illness.  Maribor still had no problems with Gorica and managed to win the Slovenian Super Cup trophy.

Belgium, Belgacom League, Antwerp – OH Leuven 1:2
Jovan Kostovski started in attack for OH Leuven and played until the 70th minute when he was substituted by Ibrahim Somé.  Kostovski scored the first goal of the game in the 7th minute.  OH Leuven has begun the season with three consecutive wins in the Belgian second division.

Switzerland, Raiffeisen Super League, Basel – St. Gallen 0:2
Muhamed Demiri played all 90 minutes for St. Gallen who scored both goals moments before halftime to record an impressive road victory over Basel.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Schaffhausen – Lausanne-Sport 2:2
Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match for Schaffhausen who came back from two goals down to record a hard fought point against Lausanne-Sport.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Lugano – Schaffhausen 5:2
Ezgjan Alioski played from the start for Schaffhausen who conceded five goals in the decisive loss away to Lugano.  Schaffhausen played two games this midweek period on Monday and Thursday.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Wil – Le Mont 4:2
Samir Fazli was not summoned in the matchday squad by Wil.  Fazli recently signed a 3 year deal with Wil, so he should make his debut in the near future.

Switzerland, Challenge League, Lausanne-Sport – Chiasso 2:0
Zoran Baldovaliev played the entire game for Chiasso in the road defeat against Lausanne-Sport.

Norway, NM Cuper, Odd – Brann 3:1
Daniel Mojsov played all 90 minutes for Brann who was eliminated from the Norwegian Cup with the loss to Odd.  Mojsov gave away a penalty in the 66th minute when he fouled an opponent inside the area.  Odd converted that penalty to tie the game at 1:1, and then added two more goals to dispatch Brann.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, Muangthong United – Samutsongkhram 3:0
Mario Gjurovski played from the start for Muangthong United and scored the first goal in the 35th minute directly from a free kick.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, Osotspa – Bangkok Glass 1:1
Darko Tasevski started for Bangkok Glass and played until the 54th minute when he was substituted by Lazarus Kaimbi, while his teammate Bazhe Ilijoski played all 90 minutes in attack.  Ilijoski scored the lone goal for Bangkok Glass in the 4th minute.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, Chainat – Ratchaburi 2:2
Borche Manevski did not feature for Chainat in their home draw against Ratchaburi.

Thailand, Toyota Thai Premier League, TOT – Songkhla 1:0
Muzafer Ejupi started in attack for Songkhla and played until the 69th minute when he was replaced by Kayne Vincent.

Cyprus, Super Cup, APOEL – Ermis 1:2
Martin Bogatinov played the whole match for Ermis and conceded one goal in the 90th minute.  Ermis scored the game winning goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time, the strike coming directly from a free kick, to win the Super Cup trophy.

Slovakia, Slovnaft Cup, Námestovo – Košice 0:4
Darko Tofiloski continues to be left out of the Košice squad as he did not feature in this game.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Mjällby – Norrköping 3:1
Daniel Ivanovski got the start at CB for Mjällby and played until the 71st minute when he made way for fellow defender Gudmann Thorisson.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Häcken – Elfsborg 0:2
Leonard Zuta was an unused substitute for Häcken.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Halmstad – Häcken 1:4
Leonard Zuta was an unused substitute for Häcken as his club played two games in the midweek period on Monday and Thursday.

Czech Republic, Česká Pošta Cup, Prostějov – Slovácko 1:4
Veliche Shumulikoski started in midfield for Slovácko and played the opening 45 minutes before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by Jaroslav Diviš.  Slovácko cruised to an easy win to advance to the next round of the Czech Cup.

Czech Republic, Česká Pošta Cup, Písek – Příbram 0:2
Zoran Danoski played all 90 minutes for Příbram and collected the assist on the first goal of the game in the 3rd minute when his cross was headed home by Miroslav Slepička.

Romania, Liga I, Concordia – Universitatea Cluj 0:2
Filip Timov opened on the bench for Concordia before he was introduced in the 57th minute to replace Alexandru Stan, while his teammate Hristijan Dragarski was not included in the 18 player matchday squad.
