Second division side Tikves has signed former Vardar player Marjan Mickov to strengthen the team in time for the second half of the season.
The veteran defender Marjan Mickov was released by Vardar earlier this month but has quickly found a new team in second division side Tikves from Kavadarci. The club is currently in 6th place on the table but they only trail the leaders by three points as the race is very close among the top six teams.
Mickov only made four league appearances for Vardar during the first half of the season. Besides Mickov, Tikves has also brought back attacker Mile Chausev. In addition, Tikves has an agreement with Vardar to prolong the trials of youngsters Vladimir Neloski and Darko Gjurcinovski.
