Pelister players celebratePelister got past Makedonija GjP on the road to take over the top of the table since Drita was only held to a draw at home by Rufeja.

A counter attack goal by Aleksandar Anastasov in the 90th minute was enough for Pelister to narrowly down Makedonija Gjorche Petrov on the toad and take home an important three points.  The win, coupled with a draw by Drita in its home encounter against Rufeja, meant that Pelister becomes the new table leader as the Bitola based club now has a one point advantage over Drita with five games remaining until the end of the season.

Skopje celebrated a 1:4 victory away to struggling side Ohrid Lote and took over third place on its own, leading Makedonija Gjorche Petrov and Miravci by one point.  Miravci played a goalless draw against Tikvesh, while Gorno Lisiche destroyed Osogovo 5:1 to become another serious contender for a play-off spot as the teams from 3rd to 6th place are only separated by three points.

In the relegation battles this round, Lokomotiva defeated Vlazrimi 3:1, Korab demolished Pobeda Junior 4:0, while Gostivar squeaked past last placed Belasica 1:0.
