Aco Stojkov played in his first friendly for Aarau this summer, Darko Tofiloski on trial at Košice, Zoran Zlatkovski and Dragi Kocev with a goal for Pirin, and the Czech season got underway with the clubs of Ilija Nestorovski and Vladimir Dimitrovski both getting impressive wins.

Vladimir Dimitrovski was an unused substitute for Mladá Boleslav.

Daniel Ivanovski did not play for Mjällby.

Baze Ilijoski won’t remmember this game for good although he played the full 90 minutes for Gangwon.

South Korea, K-League, Ulsan Hyundai – Seongnam Ilhwa Cunma 0:1
Sasa Ognenovski was not part of Seongnam’s team that travelled to Ulsan.

Friendly, Marburger – Eintracht Frankfurt 0:3
Aleksandar Vasoski did not play for Eintracht because of a blister in his foot while his teammate Oka Nikolov was rested by Eintracht manager Michael Skibbe.

Friendly, Strasbourg – Aarau 4:1
Aco Stojkov played the 2nd half for Aarau and won a penalty for his team in the 80th minute which was converted by David Marazzi.  This was his first appearance in a friendly for Aarau after a lengthy injury.

Both Slavco Georgievski and Igor Mitreski started for Neftçi.

Armend Alimi played from the start for Istra 1961.

Friendly, Pirin – Lokomotiv Plovdiv 3:1
Dragi Kocev played the 1st half for Pirin and scored on a header in the 31st minute after a good cross from Ivanov.  Kocev’s teammate Zoran Zlatkovski played the 2nd half and scored his team’s third goal in the 71st minute from five meters.

Friendly, Legia Warszawa – ŁKS Łódź 2:1
Pance Kumbev played the 2nd half for Legia Warszawa.

Friendly, Košice – Leeds United 0:1
Darko Tofiloski started on the bench for Košice before he came on in the 31st minute and played the remainder of the game.  He conceded a goal in the 57th minute but also saved a penalty in the 75th minute.  He also made some other nice saves and kept his team in the game.
