Macedonian internationals performances

Abdurahimi scored a nice goal for LokerenAleksandar Trajkovski and Besart Abdurahimi celebrated goals in Belgium, Agim Ibraimi and Adis Jahovic picked up assists for their respective teams, while Uros Maric received a rare start for NAC Breda.

Aleksandar Trajkovski played the entire game for Zulte Waregem and scored the first goal in the 33rd minute. It came on a nice header after a hard cross from the left hand side by Sebastiaan Brebels. This was the final fixture of the season for Zulte Waregem. With Trajkovski expected to transfer to another club this summer, this was a good send-off.

Besart Abdurahimi opened on the bench for Lokeren before he was introduced in the 64th minute to replace Ayanda Patosi. Abdurahimi was active and nearly amassed an assist in the 75th minute when his accurate pass led to a volley by Hans Vanaken that went inches wide of the right goal post. In the 85th minute, Besart got on the scoresheet when he fired a beautiful shot to the upper right corner.

Nikolche Noveski played all 90 minutes for Mainz as he was given a rare start by the manager. Stefan Bell, usually a center-back, was fielded at right back for this encounter, so that allowed Noveski to partner Niko Bungert in central defense. Stuttgart, a desperate team looking to avoid relegation, got a crucial win by scoring both goals in the 2nd half.

Goran Pandev was not summoned in the 18 player matchday squad by Galatasaray.

Arijan Ademi played the complete match for Dinamo Zagreb who remained undefeated this season. After 33 rounds in league play, Dinamo Zagreb has compiled 24 wins and 9 draws. Only three more rounds remain in Croatia, and Dinamo Zagreb will be aiming to finish this campaign without suffering a loss.

Aleksandar Lazevski started at left-back for Olimpija and played the full match. Olimpija scored the winning goal in the 84th minute on an effort from close range.

Muhamed Demiri was not included in the St. Gallen squad, while Taulant Seferi-Sulejmanov was not available for Young Boys due to a season-ending knee injury.

Both Ezgjan Alioski of Schaffhausen and Samir Fazli of Wil played the complete match for their respective teams. Fazli managed to score the final goal in the 88th minute, but it wasn’t enough for Wil as they lost 4:3.

Uros Matic played the entire game for NAC Breda in defensive midfield, while his teammate Aleksandar Damchevski remained sidelined with a long-term injury. Matic was given a rare start since Joeri de Kamps was out with a suspension. Uros responded by being credited with the assist on the second goal for his team in the 38th minute. This loss meant that NAC Breda will compete in the relegation play-offs in their hopes of avoiding the drop.

Adis Jahovic got the start for Krylia Sovetov and played until the 87th minute when he was replaced by Alan Chochiyev. Adis grabbed one assist when he found Jeroen Simaeys who then slotted his shot past the keeper. Jahovic left the last game with an injury, but he was able to play on Sunday since x-rays showed no damage to his knee.

Mirko Ivanovski began the game on the bench for Videoton before he came on in the 72nd minute to substitute Róbert Feczesin. Paks netted the only goal in the 80th minute to edge Videoton.

Kristijan Naumovski stayed on the bench for Dinamo București as the #2 keeper behind Traian Marc, while Boban Nikolov was also an unused substitute for Viitorul.

Hristijan Dragarski played the complete match for Concordia and also received a yellow card in the 59th minute. Dragarski gave away a penalty in the 29th minute when the referee ruled that he committed a foul inside the area. It was a questionable decision as Dragarski could not believe the call. To be fair, later in the game, Concordia was also awarded a suspect penalty.
