Ferhan Hasani played the whole match for Brøndby in the narrow road triumph over SønderjyskE. Hasani should have scored a goal in the 7th minute, but his effort from close range was straight at the keeper. In the 29th minute, when the only goal was scored, the ball came to Hasani following a corner kick clearance. Hasani immediately attempted a shot into the heavy traffic, his ball eventually reaching José Ariel Núñez who slotted home an effort from close range.

Daniel Georgievski played all 90 minutes for Melbourne Victory who suffered a terrible home loss against the last placed club entering this round. The lone goal, coming early in the 2nd half, came on a cross from Georgievski’s side. He slipped, allowing the cross the come in and then another Newcastle player controlled the ball before firing a shot past the Melbourne keeper.

Muhamed Demiri was left out of the matchday squad by St. Gallen, while Taulant Sulejmanov-Seferi was sidelined by Young Boys due to an injury.

Ezgjan Alioski played the entire game for Schaffhausen and was part of a defense that kept a clean sheet in the comfortable victory over Le Mont.

That tied the contest at 2:2, but the visitors grabbed a late winner when a shot went past the diving Brdarovski, trying to block it, and into the back of the net.

Filip Gligorov played the entire game for Olimpic and also received a yellow card in the 90th minute. Olimpic scored the lone goal in the 38th minute to snatch all three points.
