Macedonian internationals performances (18-21.01.2019)

Ivan Trichkovski marked this weekend as he scored a hat trick for his club. Ezgjan Alioski added a goal to his tally for Leeds, but his side lost. Pandev eventually started a match new manager under Prandelli.

Daniel Georgievski wasn’t part of the visitors squad because of a yellow cards suspension.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Club Brugge – Charleroi 0:1
Gjoko Zajkov spent the entire game at the bench for Charleroi.

Belgium, Proximus League, St. Gilloise – OH Leuven 2:1
Jovan Kostovski was not included in OH Leuven’s squad.

Belgium, Proximus League, Beerschot Wilrijk – Westerlo 1:1
Emil Abaz started the game at the hosts bench and entered the field in the 82nd minute to replace the scorer of the goal, Vanzeir.

Cyprus, Protáthlima Cyta, Doxa – AEK 0:5
Ivan Trichkovski stole the show today as he scored a hat-trick and at the same time became club’s top goalscorer (in domestic championship) with 36 goals. Daniel Mojsov has also fully recovered from the injury and played the whole match for the winning side.

Ezgjan Alioski played the whole match for Leeds and scored the only goal for his side, but it was too late for the team to save anything from this game as the goal was scored in the final moments. Leeds are still top of the table.

Mite Cikarski remained on the bench for the home side.

Nikola Jakimovski played the entire match for the home side while his new teammate Davor Taleski wasn’t summoned.

Risto Mitrevski played the whole match for the winning side as center back.

Italy, Serie A, Genoa – Milan 0:2
Goran Pandev was finally given a chance to start in the first eleven under new manager Cesare Prandelli. He made a perfect assist for Christian Kouamé whose shot got saved, while few minutes later Pandev found himself in a scoring position but waited too long and a visiting defended blocked his effort. He lasted 58 minutes as young striker Andrea Favilli substituted him. Milan scored both goals after Pandev left the field.

Italy, Serie B, Palermo – Salernitana 1:2
Aleksandar Trajkovski played the whole match for Palermo and his team was shocked at home and defeated with a goal in the 93rd minute. Ilija Nestorovski is still recovering from his injury.

Malta, BOV Premier League, Birkirkara – Pietà Hotspurs 3:0
Eight consecutive match Kristijan Naumovski keeps a clean sheet in the Maltese top flight.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Vitesse – Excelsior 3:2
Denis Mahmudov watched the match from Excelsior’s bench for substitute players.

Netherlands, Erste Divisie, Jong AZ – Dordrecht 0:1
Antonio Stankov played the whole match as captain of Dordrecht.

Portugal, Liga NOS, Sporting – Moreirense 2:1
Stefan Ristovski was in the starting lineup and played 90 minutes for Sporting in the 2:1 win over Moreirense. This was his first full match in the Portuguese NOS Liga after the injury on the match against Arsenal in the UEFA Europa League in October.

Spain, Primera División, Levante – Real Valladolid 2:0
Enis Bardhi opened in Levante’s midfield and played 76 minutes. Enis also received a yellow card for a foul in the 14th minute.

Spain, Primera División, Rayo Vallecano – Real Sociedad 2:0
Stole Dimitrievski was all minutes on goal for Rayo and conceded two goals in the draw against Real Sociedad. His team failed to keep  a2:0 lead for a fourth consecutive win. Stole wasn’t guilty for any of the two goals.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Bursaspor – Fenerbahçe 1:1
Neither Jani Atanasov for the hosts nor Elif Elmas for the visitors made today’s matchday squads. The later wasn’t summoned due to a red card suspension that he got from the cup game last week.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Erzurum – Konyaspor 1:2
Adis Jahovic started at center-forward for Konyaspor and lasted 72 minutes on the pitch, while his new teammate Leonard Zhuta began at left-back and played the entire game. Eventually, their team won on the road against Erzurum.
