Macedonian internationals performances

Boban Grncarov scores his goal; photo: apoelfc.com.cyBoban Grncarov continues his good form with another goal for APOEL, Aco Stojkov with a goal and an assist for Aarau, Darko Tofiloski and Martin Bogatinov each kept clean sheets for their respective teams, Ilco Naumoski served the final game of his suspension for Mattersburg, while Agim Ibraimi made his league debut for Slovenian club Nafta Lendava.

Italy, Serie A, Sampdoria – Inter 0:2
Goran Pandev started on the bench for Inter before he entered the game in the 63rd minute replacing Houssine Kharja.  With the substitution, Inter shifted to a more attacking 4-2-3-1 formation and they finally took the lead in the 73rd minute when Wesley Sneijder scored directly from a free kick.  In the 89th minute, Pandev made a nice pass to Samuel Eto’o whose shot was saved nicely by the Sampdoria keeper Gianluca Curci but Inter were able to put the game away in the fourth minute of stoppage time when Eto’o scored with a shot that went between the legs of Curci.  Inter moved to second place in Serie A with the win but they have played one more game than Milan and Napoli who play tomorrow in a very important game as these three tams are only separated by three points at the top of the table.

Germany, 1.Bundesliga, Hoffenheim – Mainz 05 1:2
Nikolce Noveski played the entire game for Mainz who needed a game winning goal from Elkin Soto in the 86th minute to beat Hoffenheim as they continue to battle for a place in the UEFA Europa League for next season.

Germany, 1.Bundesliga, Eintracht Frankfurt – Stuttgart 0:2
Aleksandar Vasoski was an unused substitute for Eintracht Frankfurt while his teammate Oka Nikolov did not play because of a foot injury that will keep him on the sidelines for about six weeks.

Austria, T-Mobile Bundesliga, Wacker Innsbruck – Mattersburg 2:0
Ilco Naumoski did not play for Mattersburg as he served the third and final game of his suspension.  He will be eligible to return for the next game for Mattersburg which is on March 1st against Rapid Wien.

Austria, Erste Liga, Lustenau 07 – Hartberg 1:3
Dejan Stojanović played all 90 minutes for Lustenau 07 and conceded three goals.  There was nothing he could do on the first two goals but Stojanovic should have done better on the third goal when he couldn’t quite catch the ball from a simple shot and the visiting player scored on the rebound from close range.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, APOEL – APOP Kinyras Peyias 6:2
Boban Grncarov played the entire game for APOEL and continued his good form with another goal in the 90th minute when he scored on a header following a cross by Esteban Solari while his teammate Ivan Trickovski was not called up due to discomfort in his calf which caused him to miss training for the past couple of days.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, AEL – Ethnikos Achnas 2:1
Edin Nuredinoski played from the start for Ethnikos Achnas and conceded two goals, Vance Sikov started at CB and played the entire game, Stojan Ignjatov also got the start and played until the 82nd minute when he was replaced by Slaviša Dugić, while Filip Ivanovski remains out with an injury.

Cyprus, Marfin Laiki League, Enosis Neon Paralimni – Apollon 2:1
Petar Milosevski did not play for Enosis Neon Paralimni as Georgi Petkov started in goal, Bojan Markoski started at CB and played the entire game, while Zoran Baldovaliev also got the start and played a big part in the win as he won a penalty for his team in the 60th minute which was converted by Alex da Silva.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, St. Gallen – Thun 0:1

Switzerland, Challenge League, Delémont – Aarau 3:3
Both Aco Stojkov and Aleksandar Mitreski played the entire game for Aarau as Stojkov continued his good form with a goal and an assist.  Stojkov opened the scoring in the 25th minute with a curling shot to the top right corner and then provided the assist in the 35th minute when he found David Marazzi who made it 3:1 for Aarau but they squandered the lead as the home team scored two late goals in the 85th and 90th minute to pick up a point.  Mitreski also received a yellow card in the 69th minute as the Aarau defense conceded three goals for the second consecutive game.

Romania, Liga I Bergenbier, Sportul Studenţesc – Dinamo Bucureşti 0:1
Kristijan Naumovski was an unused substitute for Dinamo Bucureşti as he was the #2 keeper behind Cristian Bălgrădean.

Czech Republic, 1. Gambrinus liga, Příbram – Mladá Boleslav 0:0
Vladimir Dimitrovski played all 90 minutes for Mladá Boleslav and came close to scoring in the 78th minute but his header following a corner kick was saved nicely by the opposing keeper and the game finished in a goalless draw.

Ilija Nestorovski was an unused substitute forSlovácko.

Vladica Brdarovski was an unused substitute for Zbrojovka Brno while Riste Naumov remains out with an injury for Slavia Praha.

Bulgaria, A PFG, Levski – CSKA Sofia 1:3
Darko Tasevski played the entire game for Levski and also picked up a yellow card in the 4th minute as his team lost the big derby in Bulgaria against their heated rivals CSKA Sofia.

Dragi Kocev started on the bench for Lokomotiv Plovdiv before he entered the game in the 78th minute replacing Serginho.

Vanco Trajanov played from the start for Minyor and also received a yellow card in the 87th minute.

Netherlands, Eredivisie, Willem II – Heerenveen 4:3
Samir Fazli was not called up by Heerenveen.

Poland, Ekstraklasa, Polonia Bytom – GKS Bełchatów 1:1
Zlatko Tanevski did not play for GKS Bełchatów because of a yellow cards suspension.

Armend Alimi played the entire game for Istra 1961 who suffered a setback as this game was a battle between the bottom two teams in Croatia and Istra 1961 suffered a home loss against Hrvatski Dragovoljac who are in last place with only ten points from 19 games.

Daniel Georgievski did not play for Šibenik because of an injury.

Goran Todorcev was an unused substitute for Inter Zaprešić while his teammate Aleksandar Trajkovski was not called up.

Slovenia, 1. SNL, Nafta – Primorje 1:2
Agim Ibraimi played the entire game for Nafta Lendava as he made his league debut for Nafta after joining the club in the January transfer window after his contract with Eskişehirspor was terminated by mutual consent.

Slovakia, Corgoň Liga, Dubnica – Košice 0:0
Darko Tofiloski played from the start for Košice and kept a clean sheet as he was the man of the match for his team.  After the game, the managers of both Dubnica and Košice praised Tofiloski for his performance especially in the 1st half where he made a number of wonderful saves.

Igor Mitreski played the entire game for Neftçi while his teammate Slavco Georgievski did not play because of a yellow cards suspension.

Filip Despotovski was an unused substitute for Inter Bakı.

Jovan Kostovski was an unused substitute for Orduspor while his teammate Muarem Muarem got the start and played until the 65th minute when he was replaced by Müslüm Yelken.

Oliver Peev started for Boluspor and played until the 54th minute when he was replaced by Ahmet Gökhan Güney.

Milan Ristovski started for Tavşanlı Linyitspor and played the first half before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by Abdi Aktas as Ristovski also picked up a yellow card during the game.

Italy, Viareggio Cup, Citta Marino Calcio – Parma 1:2
Stefan Ristovski played the entire game for Parma who finished second in their group and advanced to the next round of the tournament where they will face Lazio.

Italy, Viareggio Cup, Anderlecht – Grasshopper 2:2
Deni Krleski started on the bench for Grasshopper before he entered the game in the 80th minute replacing Endogan Adili.  Grasshopper finished in last place in their group so they are eliminated from the tournament.

Friendly, Karpaty – Dynamo Moskva 1:0
Martin Bogatinov started in goal for Karpaty despite making that huge blunder in the last game and he redeemed himself by playing all 90 minutes and keeping a clean sheet against Dynamo Moskva which started with a pair of well known strikers in Kevin Kurányi and Andriy Voronin.

Friendly, Amkar – Zbrojovka Brno 1:1
Stevica Ristić played the entire game for Amkar as did Vladica Brdarovski for Zbrojovka Brno.  The Czech season resumed this week but the manager of Zbrojovka Brno used this friendly to play the players that didn’t play in the league game against Slavia Praha including Brdarovski.

Velice Sumulikoski played from the start for Sibir.

Friendly, Partizan – Shaanxi Zhongjian Chanba 1:2
Aleksandar Lazevski started for Partizan and played until the 59th minute when he was replaced by Joseph Kizito.

Friendly, Lyngby – Volyn Lutsk 0:2
Bajram Fetai started for Lyngby and played until the 65th minute when he was replaced Ayoub Sørensen.
