Cup holders Renova will face 11 Oktomvri, while the highest profile clashes of the 1/8 finals will be Shkendija – Bregalnica and Metalurg – Horizont Turnovo.

The draw for the Macedonian Cup 1/8 finals took place today.  The defending cup winners Renova travel to Prilep where they will meet 11 Oktomvri in the first leg.  Shkendija against Bregalnica Shtip and Metalurg against Horizont Turnovo are the two match-ups that include all First League teams.
