Spase Dilevski scored a goal and saved his team from losing as this round in Australia went with very exiting matches, and a lot of exitement. This round wasn’t the best for the players with Macedonian origin as none of them played 90 minutes.
A-League | Round 5
Adelaide United – Melbourne Heart 1:1
Spase Dilevski was the victim of the formation change. His coach decided this round to change his tactics from 4-5-1 to 4-3-3 which meant the place where Dilevski played (defensive midfielder) to be moved in the attack and the returner Bruce Djitte joined Dario Vidošić and Sergio van Dijk in the attack. Anyway, after Melbourne Heart scored the opener, Adelaide coach decided to put Dilevski in the game as a support for the attackers. 6 minutes after he went in the game replacing defender Cameron Watson he scored the equalizer. Despite playing only 18-20 minutes, Dilevski managed to get the best ratings on this game from Adelaide side. According to FIFA’s rules, the 26 years old Dilevski is still eligible for Macedonia as he hasn’t played on senior level for Australia.
Kliment Tasevski of Melbourne Heart is still on the long term injury list and it’s still unknown when will be his return.

Newcastle Jets – Perth Glory 2:0
Benjamin “Ben” Kantarovski, the Jets’ midfielder should have been in the first 11 as usual but on the matchday report the Jets announced that he got an injury and that he will not be in the team for this game. It’s still unknown how much Ben will be out of the of action.
Mile Sterjovski still has no appearance for his team Perth. Sterjovski is still working on his fitness and we should see him soon in action. In this
game he wasn’t even on the bench.
Melbourne Victory – Brisbane Roar 2:2
Blagoja “Billy” Celeski slowly is getting in a good form. On this game, that by the way was the most exiting and controversal game in this round, Billy played 26 solid minutes and helped his team to avoid a loss from the best side in the league, despite beeing short with 2 players, even since the first half. Celeski should maintain a good form and establish his place in the first 11, and hold a regular place in the midfield.
Sydney FC – Gold Coast United 3:2
Ivan Necevski was again a second choice on the goalkeeping position for Sydney. His team managed to get a great comeback, after losing 0:2 they got back to 2:2 and scored a final 5th goal on the game for 3:2 in the last minute of the game that bring a lot of exitement on the stadium.
