Luxembourg and Ukraine announce their squads

Luxembourg and Ukraine will face MacedoniaBoth of Macedonia’s next opponents in the 2016 EURO qualifiers announced their squads with which will face the Lynxes.

Luxembourg will first travel to Skopje to face Macedonia on 9 October and three days later they will host group favorites Spain. For these two games their head coach Luc Holtz summoned 23 players among whom only 1 debutante (reserve keeper Schinker). Four players that were in the squad that drew with Belarus in the first round didn’t receive a call. Captain Mario Mutsch is teammate of Macedonian Muhamed Demiri at Swiss side St. Gallen. Ukraine will first visit Belarus while on the 12th will host Macedonia. Several players that due to injuries missed the Round 1 home loss against Slovakia are back in the 26-players lead by head coach MykhayloFomenko. Five players from the previous squad aren’t called up, while reserve keeper Dmytro Bezotosniy received a call but withdrew due to injury. There is only one players playing outside Ukraine.
