Jovan Kostovski on trial at Arka

Striker Jovan Kostovski has joined Arka on trial as the Polish club looks to improve their attacking department.

The Arka manager wants to improve the attack and four players joined the Polish club on trial yesterday, one of them being Macedonian forward Jovan Kostovski.  The first half of the season concluded in the Polish second division so the manager is using this time to test new players.

Mirko Ivanovski, who scored four goals for Arka this season, has probably played his last game for Arka since Ivanovski is expected to leave the club during the January transfer window.  Therefore, the club brought new attackers on trial to test their quality.

One of those players was the 24-year-old Jovan Kostovski who last played for Turkish second division side Orduspor.  He was unable to find a club in the summer so he remained a free agent.  He has now joined Arka on trial and will be looking to convince the manager of his qualities.  Other than Orduspor, Kostovski has also played for Vardar and Metalurg along with OFI Crete in Greece.
